I can't find anything further apart than anything else, in all honesty. Its easier to post a big list of artists than to try and find the two most different. Metal and classical are the most different you'll find, but theres a surprising amount of overlap which makes it difficult to be truly outside the box. Sergei Prokofiev Ace Combat 4 Soundtrack (Unknown composer) Skankfunk (Air Gear Soundtrack composer) Alice In Chains Animusic Ataxia Beastie Boys Beck Bjork Ikimono Gakari (Bleach 7th ending) Breed 77 Bumblefoot Canibus Chris Cornell Chromeo Circa Survive The Cooper Temple Clause Traditional oriental ensemble music, including Koto, Shamisen, and Sao Truc David Bowie Deftones Dragonforce Dream Theater Dvorak Ed Alleyne Johnson Elfen Lied Intro Music Eminem Evanescence Face (Acapella ensemble) Fiction Plane Gary Moore Goat (Powergoat.com) Gojira Gorillaz Daisuke Ishiwatari Guns 'n' Roses Guthrie Govan Hawkwind Jamiroquai Jeff Buckley Jeff Wayne Jerry Cantrell Joanna Newsom Joe Satriani John 5 Klaxons Led Zeppelin Lemon Jelly Linkin Park Manowar Mattias 'Ia' Eklundh Megadeth Tchaikovsky Metallica Michael Angelo Michael Jackson Michael Lee Firkins Motorhead Muse Nile Nirvana Nobuo Eumatsu THIS ENTIRE LIST: Browsing: ReMixers (507)*- OverClocked ReMix Stephen Sondheim (Sweeney Todd Soundtracks, both film and broadway version) Ozric Tentacles Pantera Papa Roach Parlaiment Paul Gilbert Pearl Jam Petteri Sariola Pink Floyd Queens of the Stone Age Racer X Radiohead Rage against the machine Robert rich Robert rich and Alio Die Rusty Cooley Slipknot Static X Steve Vai Stevie Ray Vaughan The Avalanches The Beatles The Black Mages The Mars Volta The RZA Tommy Emmanuel Tool Vivaldi Yeasayer Yngwie Malmsteen Yoko Kanno Maaya Sakamoto Patrick Hadley (Inventor of the Array Mbira)

I was making a point, not an empirical, irrefutably defined and authoritably correct study, deal.

Every kind...from classical, opera, and showtunes to country, soft rock, and pop to hard rock, world music, and hip-hop. I like songs from almost every genre I can think of. Just depends on what's good, not the whole genre.
