Apparently Kevin Barnes said something along the lines of "I'm going to lose so many fans, but I don't care, I'm having so much fun." I'm kind of scared for the new Of Montreal album, either it's going to be amazing and fantastically weird pop or it's going to be a really bad "radio indie" album.

I've read the Pitchfork interview and all he said was that it's gonna be funky. It's gonna be awesome. They get better with each album.

That's really relieving, I thought he was going to go all radio on everyone. I hope it gets leaked super early like Hissing Fauna did.
