Carissa's Weird=stunning. Once again Ethan you give us a band that speaks of a musical taste far beyond your years.

Voxtrot
Indie poppers Voxtrot have been compared to several artists, from Morrissey to Belle and Sebastian. With lines like "If I die clutching your photograph don't call me boring it's just cause I like you" and "Cheer me up, cheer me up, i'm a miserable fuck." it's easy to understand the Morrissey comparisons and when you hear their perfected pop sound it's even easier to understand the Belle and Sebastian comparisons. 1. The Start of Something 2. Heaven (Talking Heads) 3. Mothers, Sisters, Daughters & Wives 4. Raised By Wolves 5. Kid Gloves hxxp://www.mediafire.com/?00esb3b3hdw |

Belle and Sebastian
Twee pop band Belle and Sebastian have been compared to The Smiths and Nick Drake (Bryter Layter i'm assuming) and have been called the greatest Scottish band ever (which is true). Fronted by genius Stuart Murdoch they create sexy songs with clever lyrics and before you ask, yes this isn't a good description I just can't write well today. 1. If You Find Yourself Caught In Love 2. The Blues Are Still Blue 3. Lazy Line Painter Jane 4. Get Away From Here, I'm Dying 5. Piazza, New York Catcher 6. The State I Am In 7. She's Losing It 8. If You're Feeling Sinister 9. I Fought In a War hxxp://www.mediafire.com/?03kiydbinmi |

Page France
Indie-folk/pop band Page France create fun songs similar to artists like Iron and Wine but with a much more happy feel akin to The Boy Least Likely To. Lyrically they began to progress by their second album to be much more unique, while the first album had poetic lyrics they seem to have too much of a religious influence on them and on their second and third they're much more similar to their music with songs about getting drunk with jesus, kazoos, cute animals and dancing and stuff. Also the vocal changes are drastic per album, if you listen to Spine (from their first) and Junkyard (from their second) you'll notice a difference then when you listen to Hat and Rabbit (from their third) you'll notice even more change. I put what album each is from so you know which to check out if you like the track from it. 1. Spine (Come, I'm a Lion!) 2. Junkyard (Hello, Dear Wind) 3. Jesus (Hello, Dear Wind) 4. Hat and Rabbit (...And the Family Telephone) 5. Rhythm (Come, I'm a Lion!) 6. We Remain as Two (Come, I'm a Lion!) hxxp://www.mediafire.com/?fykb1nno942 |
