Trying to find similar bands
 

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to find music like Gnarls Barkley ("Just a Thought"), Outkast ("Hey Ya"), Nina Simone ("Red Poppies", "Sinnerman"), Portishead, Thievery Corporation.

I don't know if those fall into a similar genre, per se...
but I wish to find more music that might compliment those choices...

I just listed songs along with the artists to give an impression of what I like about those artists.

I'd like to focus more on the Gnarls Barkley end of the spectrum, though. If that makes sense.

DangerDoom is quite funky.

Plus, it's one half of Gnarls Barkley.
