let me clarify...they're not particularly unique - they just don't get boring as quickly as the Arcade Fire do. It's not too hard to understand what I'm saying, so let's not pull quotes from our asses

Who said the Arcade Fire were unique? I've yet to tire of Funeral, Pavement has never interested me.

i'm not going to say anything against Funeral because it's not a bad album, I just prefer Pavement who I find much more quirky and interesting - especilly on Slanted and Enchanted. You obviously disagree, so to each their own.
