tila tequila - workout song
Phoenix - run run run
Powerman 5000 - when worlds collide

it depends if your looking for pop, punk, rock (including most sub-genres), or metal.

I have suggestions for all those categories. Just pick which one you want

alright well you should've said that earlier :P

These are the current rock/metal songs on my jogging playlist
Lordi - The Devil is a Loser
Lordi - Hard Rock Haleluja
Judas Priest - Breaking the law
Judas Priest - Paint it black
Jet - Put your money where your mouth is
Jet- Bring it on back
Iron Maiden - Different worlds
Incubus - Anna Molly
Flyleaf - Fully Alive
Bullet for my valentine - tears don't fall
Bullet for my valentine - Suffocating under words of sorrow
System of a down - Toxicity

The two jet songs I have on there provide a slow down pace and then I put a hard hitting song right after it to give me a pick me up.

Surely you are joking with the lordi tracks? They are awful!
