Do you have Kill Sadie, Kind of Like Spitting, Cat Power, Under Byen, or the End of a Year/315 split?

Low is pretty weird. I would've called it an aquired taste for somebody that already liked Bowie. Heathen is a great album, try that one.
Low was my first Bowie album and I loved / love it.

Anyway Crowquill. I know you once said you didn't like Alice in Chains, but maybe you'd like to give Jar of Flies a listen. It's less grungy and more well rounded than their albums. In fact, some of it comes across as being jazzy. Staley's accent might take a bit of getting used to, but he's one of the best vocalists of the 90s IMO.

They're all bands you'll like. Kill Sadie - Experiments in Experimentation; Kind of Like Spitting - Bridges Worth Burning; Cat Power - (I'd just go with) The Greatest, or Moonpix; Under Byen - Kyst

Also Ultra Dolphins - Why are you Laugh

You ever listen to Patrick Park, he just released a cd in August, I would check out his live album or his new one Everyone's in Everyone.

It's not an album really, just a band, but I remember you talking about Explosions In The Sky a lot and figured you would like Codes In The Clouds- MySpace.com - codes in the clouds (7" OUT NOW!) - Dartford, Kent, UK - Alternative / Ambient - www.myspace.com/codesintheclouds

Graham Coxon-Happiness In Magazines. The ex-Blur guitarist proves what a great guitar player is, while his voice carries on the age old tradition of British working class life, but in a fun way.

Transglobal Underground-Impossible Broadcasting.
A band that fuses dance, house, reggae and world music. With a multi ethnic band make up, this is a great starter band to those who think dance music is bland and commercial (I'm not saying you are Crowquill!) They are great live too.

Alright I added them all to the list, i'll start with jackhammers albums because he was kind enough to provide me with download links.

And to the Dave, Codes In The Clouds were really sick.
