I didn't go after him for buying records, I said I thought it was stupid to support a famous band like RHCP, and I already knew what his favorite bands were. I "went after him" because he said that he wanted to support a band lilke RHCP, not because he's new.

Yeah I still don't see why it's stupid. People also buy CDs for you know, the actual CDs, the cover art and so on.
