I've never seen a CD in fye (with the exception of the 9.99 bins) under 15 dollars, I havn't been in there two months but still and the average price two months ago was between 16.99 and 19.99.

well maybes its just certain rap artists then
cuz ive seen a few commercials on bet for various rappers like swizzbeats for their new albums being 9.99
