I've thought a lot about this one, relatively speaking I mean, here's the best I can come up with:
D'Yer Maker - Led Zeppelin (How many of you actually know how to pronounce that?) A Certain Shade of Green - Incubus (Not sure why, but I loved the song before I heard it based on the title) In Memory of Elizabeth Reed - The Allman Brothers Band (Nice ring, don't you think) Fat Bottomed Girls - Queen (Perhaps this tells less about my taste in song titles...) While my Guitar gently Weeps - The Beatles featuring Eric Clapton (Cool (Kewl) (n) That Song Title.) No Diggity - Blackstreet (I'm not fond of the song, but somehow I adopted the phrase as a sort of "no problem" synonym) Da Rockwilder - Method Man and Red Man (What does that even mean?) Sometimes Jacks Rule the Realm - 311 (Maybe the song just fits the title) |

A Friend With Weed - Butthole Surfers
A Man's Life Flashes Before His Eyes as He and His Wife Drive off a Cliff - Of Montreal Rough G@y at the Office - Arab on Radar Don't Call me a F@ggot unless you're my friend - Limp Wrist I Can't Be Friends With You Because You Like Epitaph - Charles Bronson |

I don't think I know too many extremely long titles, but I for sure know of a few that always bring a smile to my face.
+"They Provide the Paint for the Picture Perfect Masterpiece That You Will Paint On the Insides of Your Eyelids" - Bandits of the Acoustic Revolution +"Kids Who Mosh Like *******s Must Make for Selfish Lovers" - R.A.M.B.O. +"Punx and Skinz: Lets Unite Them, Put Them On a Boat, Send Them Off To Sea, and Sink Those ****ers!" - Crucial Unit +"Cleanliness Is Next To Godliness. Too Bad We're All Atheists." - Crucial Unit +"Baby I Dont Wanna Makeout, I Just Want to Circle Pit" - Crucial Unit +"The Thrashin' of the Christ" - Municipal Waste

Alrighty, then ... picture this if you will. 10 to 2 AM, X, Yogi DMT, and a box of Krispy Kremes, in my "need to know" pose, just outside of Area 51 Contemplating the whole "chosen people" thingy when a flaming stealth banana split the sky like one would hope but never really expect to see in a place like this. Cutting right angle donuts on a dime and stopping right at my Birkenstocks, and me yelping... |
