I don't think you can doubt that Justin Timberlake is talented, but Nsync were still ****. Your point is invalid. |

What ever. Whether the **** you think is fine with me. I enjoy the music of Foo Fighters.

Kinda like the way Ozzy Osbourne's solo career is overshadowed by Black Sabbath. I best like to remember Dave Grohl as an all-time outstanding drummer with good backing vocals for Nirvana. |

I wish he would shelf Foo Fighters for a year or two and put out another Probot album, that really showcased his talent playing multiple instruments not seen since Foo Fighter's self-titled debut. It was also nice to see him showing appreciation for his love of metal that inspired him as a teenager.

It depends who is rating these acts to be honest. Music geeks like us are harder to please so we under rate a lot of stuff the mainstream over rate.

A good band, but theyve never beaten their first album. Their last release may have been one too many-much like the offspring, they need new ideas and to try something no one would expect, instead of rehashing everything thats gone before.. to regain my interest at least, before I fall asleep with the rather high level of radio friendliness

Their new album is great sonically. Pile of garbage in the songwriting department.

Interesting blog post here about the process which leads to albums getting overhyped and then becoming fake classics.
