Ouch.
You probably might have missed out on some dylan songs that are musically just brilliant.
Have a go at Blind Willie Mctell, One more cup of Coffee and Simple Twist of Fate.
I really don't give a **** about Lyrics, unless they're really bad. And I love the music Dylan makes.

Believe you me, Dylan is one of the selected few that I've actually tried to get into several times, but he just doesn't cut it for me.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not at all criticising any bands or artists. They just get overrated by teens who think that listening to older music makes you really deep and cool.

I've yet to meet any teens who think listening to classic rock makes them "deep and cool". If anything, plain-ol-60's-70's-and-80's-rock is the least culpable genre in producing that sense of superiority.

you're kidding me right?

Kings of Leon had two good, solid albums (their first two) and have kind of dwindled out since then. They have a MASSIVE amount of praise and I know a fair few people who think they're god's gift to music. If anything, they're quite overrated, not underrated.

Sorry my sarcasm does not come across too well over the internet :P I agree although they are not so much over rated as over played!

OVERRATED: Autechre (even though I admit to being a fanboy)
UNDERRATED: Extra Life!

I still hold that this album is massively underrated:
