Overrated, The Boss. (How can he even call himself that?) Underrated, dude named Mike Finnigan, whom you have probably never heard of but he is an amazing blues writer, vocalist and Hammond B3 player. He should have been a household name but, frankly, people are stupid.

Also underrated in my opinion, Adrian Belew. I am always astounded that very few people seem to know who he is.

Spoon is the greatest band of this era. Nobody understands them for their humbleness and Britt Daniel's ability to just keep on writing good music.

IMO, there're loads of 80s bands such as Cinderella, TNT, Dokken that are way underrated.

An incredibly consistent band that simply churns out one good album after another. And maybe it's just me, but I can't think of a group that sounds like Spoon.
