So what are your favorite songs with a Horn section.

Here's a few of mind of the top of my head

"Get in On" Chase
"Rascal King" Bosstones
"Sir Duke" Stevie Wonder
"Stay Out all Night" Pietasters
"Come Running" Van Morrison

Section? As in Trumpet/Sax/Trombone? Or can it just be brass in there?

No rules here, Brass is Brass I suppose. One Trumpet is enough, as long as the horns are clear in the song.

That's the only one that really stands out in my mind at the moment, but I'm sure there are a few more that will come to me.

Gloria Estefan had an incredible backing band, The Miami Sound Machine.
Amazing brass section.

Favourites songs off the top of my head are;

'Move On Up' - Curtis Mayfield.
'Dance, Dance, Dance' - The Casualeers.
