I keep forgetting that how technical a band is dertimines how bad they are, and Bright Eyes isn't original? Why don't you give some band/artists who have released anything similar to Digital Ash or Fevers and Mirrors?

Of all the valid reasons to hate Bright Eyes, because they're not technical is not one of them.
And for the record, you don't have to make technical music to be considered a skilled musician. |

that old can of worms..
I was reading some Bright Eyes lyrics at work today, and I have to say -- very impressed with most of them. Maybe I'll give the guy another chance, it's been like 2 yrs since I last heard a song by him. |
