I disagree.
Though I'd rate Ziggy over every Zep album except II. I still prefer the Zep overall. I generally prefer Glam Rock era Bowie over Eno era Bowie, I never really got the fuss over Low. |

Thought as much. but i would've thought you'd go for Low over Ziggy. (My picks are Alladin Sane and zep II for both of them)

Low has a Krautrock-ish feel to it. Though I have never been as big on Krautrock as other kinds of prog.
And Alladin Sane is fantastic. So is Hunky Dory, which features Rick Wakeman on piano so of course I'm gonna like it. |

1. More classic rock arguments...finally!
2. Where the hell did all the Waits fans come from? If I have one legacy on these boards, I hope thats it. 3. Didn't crowquill start a thread like this, and if that was a personal top 10, Im sure we've had a best ever one before.

Then the quick copy/paste shouldn't be a problem, If you only get to post top 10 once:
1. The thread gets lost and noobs can't find it. 2. You can't change it unless you edit and leave it in the back of the pack or if you quote it which is effectively cutting and pasting anyway. 3. if you only post your thoughts once, you're going to run out of things to say. and if you're talking about Crowquills top 10 thread, then here's a thread where you can elaborate on your choices! So go get it, slacker!

How good music is doesn't have to do with it's historical significance. Just dispense with the popularity factor. If it is a factor then Michael Jackson should be in the top 20 easily. *Goes off to start my own top 50 thread*
