Next big thing??

Anyone else a fan of the 'Flaming Monkeys'? They have a big myspace following and are tipped for success. They're only 14! You can have a look and listen to their music on the itv site. There's also a kind of video diary of their progress. Have a look..

Egh they look like they mean business.

Which of them will OD first? I say the kid with the drumsticks.

pheurton 07-13-2007 06:32 AM

The kid on the far left will disband from the group and spend the rest of his days as a simon le bon tribute act somewhere outside of the southern periphery of Spain.

The drummer looks like he was severely abused by his step dad. So I agree with the OD part.

The singer with rebellious pink shoe laces looks like he would be good at preparing a decent filet mignon down at my local supermarket.

And finally the ginger kid is ginger.

I wonder if they've hit puberty yet...

The coolest and youngest band to start making amazing music was The Thirty Years War. They were all like 16 and 17. And it was insane. Long live The Fall of Troy :)

And these kids are just a huge gimmick.

Emo kids-do their jeans hang half way down their arse by any chance? Good luck to them though. If they do make it, the industry will eventually destroy any vestiges of their best intentions.

CAPTAIN CAVEMAN 07-15-2007 02:06 AM

is this a ****ing joke?

Blain 07-15-2007 02:56 AM

All of those kids look like they're 11, and they're all around the same age as me :|

Someone link me to their MySpace plz.

The band they were in before that, Tribune, they were younger than that in it. It isn't as good but still amazing considering the age.

^--- wants to be "that guy"

whos that guy? i reach to a passage from the song 'rock and roll lifestyle' by cake.

'And how much did you pay for your rock'n'roll t-shirt
That proves you were there,
That you heard of them first'

you dont have to compliment the little emo kids because they might be good some day.

CAPTAIN CAVEMAN 07-16-2007 09:27 PM

Do you ever try to be coherent?
