Does No Direction Home: Bob Dylan count?
Actually I've been dying to see Festival! by Murray Lerner. It documents four Newport Folk Festivals from 1963-1966. It's a point of pride that my state had one of the most extraordinary musical happenings at the time.

Mine's gotta be Fozzy's "Unleashed, Uncensored, Unknown." It's a mock-u-mentary where they act like a 1980's hair metal band and all go by their alter-ego personas. It's quite the entertaining piece of work.
