I'm pretty convinced that there is more good music out there than there is time for me to listen to it, so it's pretty much inevitable that I'm going to miss out. That just gives me more of an appreciation for the stuff I do get to hear.

My music tastes are spread pretty thin. I listen to bands from alsorts of genres but there are only a handful of genres that I've actually had a decent go at exploring. All the others have 2 or 3 bands that I like and thats enough to keep me happy.

My music collection grows little by little, I listen to new stuff every now and again, but I'm usually happy to just sit back and listen to the bands that I love the most.

I get the feeling sometimes. I would rather be well rounded musically. This way people are suggesting things to me from each genre they think is really worth a listen, instead of me sorting through the **** just so I can be the first one to find a band out. It is also convenient to be able to listen to music everyone enjoys.
