Apparantly you need to listen to more post-rock if you think they're the cream of the crop. Sigur Ros is soooo boring.

I am not saying they are the best. They are a good post-rock band though, no doubt about it. For me I am into more Post-Metal though. My favorite post-rock band might be Sigur Ros (though they aren't the best,) or Godspeed you! Black Emperor. I love Mogwai and Plain Fade too.

I guess if you had left the part in your that implied that I listen to lot's of post-rock that I think is better that would've made your post look a little silly, huh.

I think Sigur Ros gets too much attention for doing nothing special.
