In keeping with my 80's Memories, but with something good this time. I Spy for the FBI is a true Northern Soul classic, and The Untouchables sped it up for 80's Consumption but at least with respect to the original, with Jerry Dammers producing. The album Wild Child only half lived up to the promise of this good single, but at least it had a few good tracks on it that resulted in a nice Car Tape through my Late 80's travels.

Rocky Mountain Way. Godsmack covering Joe Walsh is pretty good I think.

hmmm sorry man....that is seriously one of my favorite songs and although she started off very nice....the way she does the chorus made me want to peel my own skin off

pixies - head on (the jesus and mary chain)
dinosaur jr - just like heaven (the cure)
deftones - simple man (lynyrd skynyrd)
deftones - if only tonight we could sleep (the cure)
placebo - running up that hill (kate bush)
placebo - bigmouth strikes again (the smiths)
macy gray - maps (yeah yeah yeahs) - not sure if this is actually good, or so bad its good
the go team - bull in the heather (sonic youth)
distillers - no love lost (joy division)
the lemonheads - beautiful (christina aguilera)
hole - over the edge (wipers)
pavement - killing moon (echo and the bunnymen)
amy winehouse - will you still love me tomorrow? (the shirelles)

Is it bad i only recently found out this was a cover?

went back to listen to the original, but this version is beats it hands down.

Love the Four Tops.

The saddest thing was that it was not a hit in the US. It only reached somewhere in the 90's on Billboard.

A great thing was that it was a Top 10 in The UK, though.
