I'm gonna be a lil bitch and nominate Hurt by Johnny Cash (Trent Reznor).

I'm currently listening to Faith No More's War Pigs (Black Sabbath). Faith No More's guitarist (escapes my mind right now) does good justice to Tony Iommi. Not better than the original, but very good. The solo is definitely stronger.
