Hm, I was being kind. No one called you a noob in the mean sense. You are, in fact, new to the forum. Therefore a noob. If you want to get along with people here you won't take offense to people not agreeing with your musical preferences. We're all a little bit elitist here even if we don't admit to it openly.

It's also not very becoming if someone posting on a forums to talk about the "nerdiness" of others. The internet is no longer a place for nerds. The common use of internet slang is no longer unique to what society considers a "nerd." Due to the advent of instant message and user friendly searching techniques, internet slang is no longer a segregated convention as it was 3 or 4 years ago. In summary, mass digital communication has changed the boundaries of what one would consider "nerdy".

^ Not by a long chalk sunshine.

I could go into a long drawn out post explaining exactly why and citing examples of far superior music...but I can't be arsed.

It's a good tune that definately has stood the test of time.

"Happy Birthday dear *insert name here*...happy birthday to you"

Flexible too.

I like "When You Wish Upon A Star" and "You Are My Sunshine."

Maybe Dark Circle should try to write something in that vein and then he might be a happier bunny.

See...'We are the Champions' is far too vague by comparison.
Whereas 'Happy Birthday' can be improvised without losing any of it's essence...a work of genius.

I`ve always associated We Are The Champions with overpaid footballers wearing silly coloured wigs & those really f*cking stupid jesters hats.
