'00s: (Don't know enough '00s songs to judge...but I love The Shins' "Spilt Needles" and "Red Rabbits")

I like all your choices except '80s, even though i am a big THeads fan. Perhaps i know too much about the '80s.

"Wind of Change" would be my pick for Scorpions song, one of the best Rock ballads ever.

"Rock you like a Hurricane" would be my 2nd choice, awesome every time i hear it!
