Because with the Who you KNOW the names Keith Moon, Pete Townshend, Roger Daltry and John Entwhistle. And they all kick ass.

I'm voting for Parliament Funkadelic on the basis of the one song I've heard by them. The other bands are all good, but that songs kicked some ass.
