It's pretty good for people who want to listen to the instrumentals for TMR since they're unaccompanied. There are several great live pieces on the album (Tubeworks is the best one on there by far), but for me the radio interview where the Captain sings over the phone of a radio DJ who called him on the fly.

I've recently found some great concert footage of the Captain from the seventies. I could really imagine going to a concert and expecting Frank Zappa and then getting this, it would probably be too much for your average listener.
