Tool- Lateralus

Released in 2001, it is one of the most complex Tool albums ever released. It has a progressive edge to it, and is not as gritty (i can't think of the right word) as their previous albums. The drummer's rhythms are ****ing amazing in it, and the lyrics are more deep without being scremo. Really, it's a a great, basic album, and if you don't really like Tools sound too much, this is the best one to listen to because it is there best and hard not to like.
