Why is it distasteful?

It`s a play on one of his own song lyrics , that doesn`t make it a bad thing that kind of thing is done all the time when reporting the death of an artist.

Well people are raped all the time too and nobody argues that thats not distasteful. Its just my opinion. w/e.
