^That album is by far one of my favorite Christmas albums of all time. Even by itself, not during the holidays, it's a fantastic album.

Really pulls at the heart strings.

So much that it almost gives me an aneurysm.

I really dig that song for some reason. Everyone I know hates it though.

Pretty much sums up my view about Christmas, plus Kate-Miller Heidke is a beautiful singer. Plus it's not about snow and shit and totally irrelevant to Australians.

This counts doesn't it? :D

And I don't normally like traditional xmas songs (and harbour a borderline hatred for Grandma Got Run Over by a Reindeer), but Good King Wenceslas is all g.

Wait, are you referring to the Christmas Shoes song? If so... actually, I don't even know what to say.

It's Christmas Time by Larry Norman
The Promise by Michael Card (an entire album of christmas originals)
Snow Angels by Over the Rhine (another whole album of christmas originals)
Jesus Born on this Day, All I Want for Christmas is You, Miss you Most at Christmas Time, and Jesus O What a Wonderful Child all on Mariah Carey's first christmas album
Everything on the Smithereen's christmas album and Vince Guaraldi's music for the Charlie Brown christmas special

That's christmas as far as I'm concerned

I like those three a lot too. "God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen" has such a great melody and of course gets props for namedropping Satan.
