He can be interesting at times but overall his delivery is rather idiosyncratic and dry. His early work with the Birthday Party is to me the most exciting thing he's ever done. Although I am partial to a bit of Grinderman...

Primus and Melvins are good but I don't worship them.
Seriously Urban, besides the fan base there isn't a really good reason to hate them.

Drake and Cave are alright but I prefer John Fahey and Moondog.

I'm curious what you think the word "idiosyncratic" means.

I would generally consider it to be a positive thing to say about a singer.
