All this talk about my space reminds me of when i used to promote my sh*tty band there.
It worked too i remember it got me a gig at a local cafe.

I live in The Netherlands and I wonder if Myspace was even used by us...
I remember people using Hyves, it was the Dutch Facebook, only worse. Now it's dead, even more dead than Myspace.

But you guys had Napster, right?

Personally i have good memories of My space and promoting my band there. i met alot of nice ppl and other struggling bands there trying to promote their stuff like me and we helped promote each other.

i still remember a band there called "Some kind of monastery"
i remember i use to promote them because they seemed to have their sh*t together as a band and cause i thought they had a nice image and cool vibe.

They looked like geeky mormons and had a similar vibe to Arcade fire, i wonder what became of them..
