How so?

I care about expressing my opinion because I am an opinionated person.

I care about fairness

I care about democracy

I care about people being treated with respect

However,

I don't care what people think about my opinions and I don't care what others think about me which is clearly the only point that I am making.

Now I'll leave you to analyzing that any way you want to analyze it.

You obviously knew what I was referring to so why are you making more out of something that is petty?

Who cares if I said something grammatically incorrect, you knew what I meant.

Sorry but I'm with blackdragon on this..it's a pet peave when people get this phrase wrong.

If that poster wanted to grammatically correct me than he should have done that instead of reading my mind and implying I actually care.

I think trying to grammer correct people on public message boards is hilarious and snobbish. People look for petty things just to attack people when they disagree with their opinion.

You weren't grammatically incorrect. You simply mis-quoted the phrase.

It's just human nature, people just love to correct other people and tell them that they're wrong and then as they settle in you gradually you get a mob mentality who like to test newcomers and people who don't want to abide by the Status Quo.

I was ripped to shreds when I first came here and those are some of my happiest memories here, not because I was confrontational even though I enjoyed it, but because I made people see my way of thinking and agree with me even though they thought I was an asshole. Some still do and I'm glad of that.

Some people want to do it the easy way and earn respect by kissing peoples asses, I didn't do that and I don't see you doing it either, and that's why I respect you.

It's not the forum, it's just the uninteresting sheep like members who have nothing to say that constantly look for attention from others like them here.

Thanks, appreciate this post.
