I think Bon Scott wrote most of his songs either about his dick or how it got wet, too, but he was just a lot more creative in doing it.

It always kind of bothered me that Wayne and Garth were supposed to be eighties metalheads and yet they listened to no eighties metal.

They were basically retards. Who gets Aerosmith to do a show and thinks thats metal. They should have got Motorhead or Iron Maiden to keep some street cred. The one redeeming quality was Tia Carrere, ooh la la.

But they didn't even listen to poseur metal. They just seemed to listen to seventies rock.

Phantogram's songs are neither electro pop nor rap.

Well one dimension possible is how many AD/DC fans prefer Brian over Bon, and quite frankly the city of Brian-Johnson-beats-Bon-Scott = Population: You.

I think BJ was amazing on Back in Black but blew his voice out shortly thereafter. Bon Scott was unquestionably the better front man, both in voice and his impish stage personna.

However, this thread is, after all, "Unpopular Music Opinions". You've really hit the nail on the head with this one.

I quite like the Flick Of The Switch album.
It has the rawness of their early albums.

And it has a song about Belgium on it, I bet not even Bon Scott could have managed to write a song about a country as boring as Belgium.
