@BF, if you're trying to say that there are rock musicians who are entirely self contained, without any influences whatsoever, I can't agree with that unless I can be shown otherwise. And it's perfectly fine if Hendrix doesn't float your boat. But somewhere along the evolution of rock music, you won't find many players who's influences don't at least indirectly include JH. It's not insulting anyone for developing their own style, influence isn't automatically emulation.

Was thinking this a while back. 36 Chambers is great but I prefer OB4CL, Liquid Swords & Return to the 36 Chambers to the group debut. Not sure I could pick a single Ghostface album I like more than 36 Chambers. Gonna give Ironman a few plays.

Yeah, I listened to Digital Ash In A Digital Urn and just didn't feel it at all. I'm told it's one of their worst albums but I'm still not really in a hurry to check out their other stuff.
