Can someone write an intelligent reason for why they think JT is better than Michael Jackson?
JT is an average singer and his vocal range is not that broad and especially in comparison to Michael Jackson's. JT does not write any of his music nor does he produce any of his music. He can not dance or is good performer AND he definitely ain't in no MJ category in terms of that He is not innovative or artistic or creative. He keeps making the same generic R&B. Michael Jackson covered a WIDE range of genres in his music and took risk musically. MJs Off The Wall is better than ANY JT album let alone other MJ albums Jt's music is mediocre and he has not produce one classic album or song. All he does is copies late 70's R&B output. I am bewildered as to why anyone would think he is better than MJ when he practically copies his sound and does a horrible job at it. But alot of people here like white artists who do poor imitations of black music so I am not that surprised. I am just interested in a real mature response other than.... "I don't like Jacko" Michael wrote 90's percent of his catalog and produce more than half of it himself and has a strong catalog with countless classics that still get played on the radio today. The 20/20 experience was WAY overrated and is just Timbaland recycling the same generic sounds from Future Sex Love/Sounds and Justified JT is so overrated. He is the Elvis of his time. |

That's fine. I personally really do not care and think people are entitled to feel what they want but I think saying things like "I don't like Jacko" and making immature remarks really does not argue why you like or dislike something. |

It is really not necessarily about black or white but I know for me personally l just rather listen to artists who are authentic and real versus artists who are just poor imitations of other artists.
Unless they are being creative with their music, I don't mind it. Example, DAngelo. As far as JT is concerned, he is a poor's man's MJ and I don't really consider him a real artist because his sound is very heavily influenced by the producers and songwriters he works with. Suit and Tie has about 8 songwriters on it alone and that corny unnecessary Jay Z verse. |

Any argument against the great MJ is viewed as unintelligent lol.
You do realize music is subject right realtalk92? I honestly prefer JT over MJ. It is not to say JT is more talented. It is just a matter of preference. Plus I am so sick and tired of listening to MJ songs especially Thriller every goddamn Halloween.
