This one is gospel:
Ronnie James Dio is the Chuck Norris of Music. His high falsetto's are are the nightmares of the gods, and his gelled out mullet is made from the skin of sacrificed virgins. You fear the dio. \m/holydiver\m/

i know that that's a fairly popular opinion, but most people i meet over the internet or in real life, don't really appreciate them or just plain think they're **** screamo/metal of any kind is hardly interesting to listen to Last edited by the new scene; 03-15-2008 at 04:35 PM. |

I always thought Avril would be better suited to doing songs with a little more rock edge...I don't really care for this pop stuff she does all that much. But that's just me!

And Radiohead? Why the hate for Radiohead? I know they are generally disliked in prog circles but I never understood why. They're undeniably one of the most creative bands currently making music. I know some prog fans hate that some people think they are prog. But even if they are not prog what they're doing is certainly progressive (not always the same thing). You really telling me theres nothing you like about them? As for Indie, I hate a lot if myself as anyone here will tell you, mainly modern Indie. But not all of it sucks. I think its kinda crazy to say it does considering how broad a term Indie is anyway. Theres some really good Indie out there. Since you're a prog fan you should at least check out some post-rock and math rock. Last edited by boo boo; 05-02-2008 at 02:33 AM. |
