Think Tank wasn't that great.... if you said "13", I might of been more inclined to agree.

Though to be honest, never got the appeal in Blur, when talking Britpop... will take Pulp, Suede, The Verve or Manic Street Preachers over Blur.

Leisure is >>>> anything Oasis did. And that's fairly atypical of Blur, more of a shoegazer album.

Both Oasis and Blur are terrible groups and anybody living in the UK in the 1990`s would have heard or seen them non-stop on the radio or on TV, if you liked them it was great I suppose, but if you didn`t...........

Blur`s music is slightly more palatable and more original sounding than that of Oasis, but I find Damon Albarn`s barrow boy cockney style vocals to be bloody awful.

If they wore dark shades and had afro hairstyles, I`d probably agree with you.

Unpopular Music Opinion:

Black singers seems to have higher vocal range and belts fuller and more powerful than other kinds of singers.

is that an unpopular opinion around where you live?

I think people would be hard pressed to say other wise.

I mean Opera singers are capable of doing something similar but with more range

opera singers belt in a way that it's quite close to sounding like a whistle register.
black people on the other hand uses full chest voice which is quite amazing to listen to.

I could have mentioned any album and it would have been better than anything Oasis did. That was my point.

I find 13 to be incredibly boring, to be honest. I think it's their weakest album, save for a few really genius moments. It drags on wayyyy too long.

I actually think the accent he uses while singing is a huge part of their appeal. Oasis didn't mind eventually getting rid of nearly all of their British-ness while Blur celebrated it. I think it added a lot to the music.
