They are both about equal I suppose, 2 best albums Oasis did. Everything after that though, was pretty mediocre to bad.

I'd agree with that as well. I'd go as far to say that all of the RZA produced Wu Tang solo albums between 94-96 were better than 36 Chambers. That would be Liquid Swords, Raekwon's Only Built 4 Cuban Linx, Meth's Tical, ODB's Return to the 36 Chambers, and Ghostface's Ironman albums. I dont think I've forgotten any..?
