Terence Hill, as recently confirmed during an interview to an Italian TV talk-show, was offered the role but rejected it because he considered it "too violent". Dustin Hoffman and John Travolta declined the role for the same reason. When Al Pacino was considered for the role of John Rambo, he turned it down when his request that Rambo be more of a madman was rejected.
Al Pacino = God

I don't find it depressing, what about Kick Out Of You? That song is great for his positive vocals.

I think I like Springsteen's live recordings more than the studio ones, it brings it to life more.

It might be just me, but Slayer to me, was probably the worst out of all the "big 4" thrash metal bands.

Probably the best for me, although I haven't listened to as much Megadeath as I should.

I have never really liked Slayer. At all. That said, Thrash isn't really my thing - I quite like Metallica and Megadeth, but the stuff of theirs that I listen to is invariably the stuff where they're not trying to hit everything as fast as possible. Slayer to me have always sounded like they're just wanking their instruments into a mic, put screaming over the top of it, added a melodic riff of some sort somewhere in the song and left it at that...

Two tracks on it are dire, Electioneering and Climbing up the Walls, but the rest isn't bad imo.
