I dunno, every singer's "cookie monster" vocals sound different to me, Chuck Schuldiner's is totally different from James Tardy's. Then again, I'm a tr00 kvlt metalhead myself. Mebbe you should listen to more "hipster" metal like Krallice, Torche, Intronaut, Isis, Baroness. |

Today, a wise man said to me
"The Ramones are the worst fucking band ever. The only band worse then the Ramones is KISS. KISS are absolute shit." and I agreed fully and wholly with all of my heart.

Haha, allright, I'll just name one name; Tool. They have really brilliant compositions. You could argue if it's useful covering them with loads of noise. I'm still not convinced about that either. But the music that goes along with/sits behind the noise is just as good as or, in the case of Tool, loads better than most music.
