Possibly voted by people who have not heard The Beatles/White Album in full...they more likely would have voted for "Wild Honey Pie" (For those asking...the next track) instead if they did. Besides that track and "Honey Pie," the "White Album" is excellent.

I think I've already said this, but I love Ob-La-Di/Da. Fantastic track.

You'll get no rise from me about that, good sir, I agree. Maybe not cold and uninspired but not nearly as good as it gets credit for.

Swans' Soundtracks for the Blind is garbage. Even after sitting on it for a couple days, I could only get halfway through the second CD. I don't even know where to begin in describing why I dislike it so much...

I knew you'd disapprove! Sorry. If it's any consolation, I still like My Father.

While I don't really know of any good 'rock' music in the Christian vein, I've heard a lot of good scared harp music that focuses primarily on (if I'm not mistaken) Christianity. Many people seem to neglect it, saying that religion doesn't really belong as the focal point of a musician's inspiration, which isn't necessarily true. If I could find a Christian rock band less interested in forcing their beliefs on me and moreso in showing how their beliefs affected them, then I'd likely enjoy them.

I actually have to get on My Father sooner rather than later. I'm interested to see what Gira's follow-up is.
