Big Black's Atomizer is twice as good as Songs About ****ing

Billy Bragg is really boring

A Wolf In Sheep's Clothing by Black Sheep is the best album to come out of the Native Tounges scene.

Blink 182's Dude Ranch is a great pop-punk album.

Die Kreuzen is easily the most underrated hardcore punk band ever

Eric's Trip is really lame

The Fall Of Troy is a good band

Off the Wall is my favourite too, it's his best album. I don't really think theres a noteable gap in quality between Thriller and Bad though. They are both good albums yet have songs I skip.

I also don't think everything he did after this was a joke. Dangerous also has songs that i skip but i think the majority of that record is very, very, good.

I really didn't like Invincible at the time but I even have a lot of time for that one now. HIStory however was balls, i'll agree with you on that.

if you're implying there's a unanimous opinion that they suck then you are sadly mistaken. They're one of the most respected 'experimental hardcore' bands of the past decade (or ever), with the exception of the last album and some people with Manipulator. and especially now that they've broken up they've become martyrs.

Owl City is sh8t, sh7t sh9t. TPS is MUCH better.

I may be biased though because I absolutely love Gibbard as a lyricist.

Off the Wall is better than Thriller or Bad as an unpopular music opinion? I heard that for years from tons of critics and finally was given the album by a friend. I found Off The Wall didn't really work for me on any level though that's mainly due to my unremitting hatred of most disco (there are quite a few disco songs I like but the whole aesthetic on a whole album just kills me).

Bad had no real clunkers on the album (and a song left off -Streetwalker- is a killer track as well) but it was more of a continuation of Thriller and didn't have that freshness. Dangerous could have had five or six songs cut and if that happened it would have been a really strong album. One of the reasons I think it's not well regarded is the first two singles were mediocre at best. Invincible has about 7 excellent songs but the rest of the album makes me want to bash my head into a wall.

Much better. It's not my thing, though,. A little too electronic for my tastes.

But I must admit, I'll take that over Owl City any day.

Owl city sucks, but, I guess this is the wrong thread for that sentiment
