While Diary was more stripped down and accessable I believe S/T was where the band hit their stride. Writing more complicated songs like 8 which is probably my favourite of theirs. Great song, good lyrics too.
"Which lie do you own
the lines divide I walk away
blazing sun sets on my back"

I really like that line for some reason.

Oh and I think Off The Wall is better than Bad and Thriller.

I agree that it is an unpopular opinion, but it is also rooted in fact... everything Michael Jackson did from Thriller onwards was a slow slide downwards...

Yes I agree completely. Thriller was not as good as Off the Wall, and Bad was abyssmally worse than Thriller. And everything after Bad was just a joke.

Eric Clapton is the Kenny G of the blues and that is not meant as a compliment.
Tales From Topographic Oceans by Yes is an underrated masterpiece.
Most of the more interesting rock bands from the nineties were British and had nothing whatsoever to do with grunge.
Jimi Hendrix is underrated as a songwriter.
The Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame is a joke.
