Well, I think it is. I think a lot of people's problem with Creed and Nickelback is stemmed from radio air play and how successful (sales wise) they are. So I don't have any hate towards either band, in terms of hearing them on the radio all the time but in a straight Creed vs Nickelback battle, musically. Creed are a better band, both bad. But Nickelback are far worse.

I have one, the song You Really Got A Hold On Me's best version wasn't the original, nor was it The Beatles, it was She & Him.

I wholeheartedly agree with that unpopular opinion.

I think I was asking a stupid question considering the context of this thread.
Nevermind.

Im still not seeing why radio airplay was brought up in a discussion as to whether or not Janszoon likes Creed. The only possible reason i can think of is that you seem to think that because Nickelback has been on the radio alot more than Creed have over the last ten years, this accounts for his opinion? Im sorry, i just dont understand or see how it is relevant.

I dont listen to the radio and never really have. I have heard both bands. Both bands suck yet Creed are better. The radio doesnt factor in my opinion whatsoever.

Is that even true anyway? According to Wikipedia, Creed have sold more albums than Nickleback despite having fewer releases.

Creed are utter crap but Nickelback are even worse, FFS the lead singer of Nickelback even had to take singing lessons after the first couple of albums as it was so bad. Even after the lessons he still sounded crap.

I would have thought that this was true but i have no way of knowing. I would have thought that Nickelback have had more singles over the last ten years that recieved more airplay than anything Creed have done over the same period of time.
