Not really. The world would definetely benefit, but I would lose my go-to terrible band to make fun of.

Besides, the very thought of Nickelback being highly revered by anybody is enough to make my head hurt.

This is contradictory, as you are now rubbishing both bands in different ways.

How? I fail to see where I'm rubbishing the Beatles. What I'm saying is that if Nickelback were to take drugs and suddenly sound like the Beatles, I wouldn't be able to make fun of them anymore. And as such, because they're a bad band in my opinion, the thought of them being critically acclaimed like the Beatles were/are makes my head hurt.

Alright. I'm not explaining myself a third time, so we'll just say you win the argument and I have terrible taste, the end. Where are the gallows?

Heh. Okay. I don't dislike the Beatles though, if I did, a good portion of my paltry record collection would be invalid. (:

Of course, right next to a Creed EP and Green Day's entire discography.

ETA: I'm pretty sure Creed has never had an EP, but I'm too scared to check.

Marginally better than Nickelback I suppose, at least they make some attempt to sing. Admittedly, I do like some of Green Day`s stuff as its kinda poppy.
