As for my unpopular opinions:

Down On The Upside is the best album Soundgarden ever made. Far better than Superunknown.

"Black Hole Sun" has always been a boring song.

Pablo Honey was a great album.

Muse sucks.

Matt Bellamy sucks.

Riot Act is by far Pearl Jam's best album.

U2 has never released a bad album.

Adore has better songwriting than all other Pumpkins albums combined.

Lars Ulrich is not a complete douchebag.
So much concentrated wrongness in one post, I can't take it.

Nah, they have 3 great ones (War, Joshua Tree, Atchung Baby), and a few other good ones. I wouldn't say they made anything bad until Pop.

Atchung Baby > Joshua Tree >>>> the rest. War is okay, I know it's up there as one of the best but I just don't think they've done many really good records. But you're right, after Pop they should've just put down the guitars and microphone.

Actually, I consider Pop to be their last really good / inventive / creative album... when All That You can't leave Behind came out, I foujnd it to be such a disappointment...

I agree. Though I think Pop was the least good of their good albums, if that makes sense.

It makes sense to me! I'd still listen to Pop any day over the three albums that have come out after it...

No line on the Horizon had some potential, but I am kinda suprised by how quickly I went off that album...
