I'll agree to that. I like material by both bands but King Crimson is far from consistent and had too many pointless quiet parts even on their best albums, and I may like some Frank Zappa stuff but a lot of it is weak IMO.

If it's any consolation I'd rather have John Bonham playing Moby Dick on my testicles over & over again than ever sit through Sgt Pepper once more.

A very unpopular opinion in the Metal community especially:
I think DragonForce are awesome. I don't care what people say. They're not meant to be taken seriously. They have epic, uber-catchy melodies. Lulz-worthy, but oh so cheesily epic lyrics. They incorporate video game sound effects in their music for crying out loud. What's there not to love? |
