The Cure have plenty of great songs, they've released some really great albums during their career (and maybe a few not so great ones). If you get the chance listen to the Join The Dots box-set, they have some really amazing b-sides like 2 Late, The Exploding Boy and loads others.

I half agree. However i listened to Only By The Night all the way through once and thought it was terrible, i also find their first two albums to be bland and lacking any really great songs. The only KoL album i actually enjoy is Because Of The Times, they seemed to hit their stride on that album, and 'Knocked Up' is a belter of a tune.

I know it's cliche but I've been listening to Aha Shake Heartbreak a lot recently and am enjoying it more than any of the others... *shrugs*

KOL first three albums were actually brilliant, their 4th album ruined the band for me. The new album somehow ruined the first 3 albums for me, dunno how that happened but it has. I just never get an urge to listen to Youth & Young Manhood anymore. Such a shame, they used to be one of my favourite bands.
