Do you mean early mixes or the actual released album?

Hmm, one thing I can tell you is that from the version I have, the drum and bass are by no means inaudible and in fact they're mixed in too high in contrast to the guitar and vocals.

Lester Bangs is considered by many to be the greatest of all rock critics.

This however was a guy who called Master of Reality trash and Metal Machine Music a masterpiece, regardless of his writing talents, he seriously had the most awful taste in music you can possibly imagine.

My understanding is that this is not true. He wrote a tongue-in-cheek article where he called it the greatest album ever made, but he never seriously claimed it was a masterpiece.

Slapstick is one of the best punk bands of the 90s or in the top 2 best ska punk bands of the 90s.

mighty might bosstones suck *******

against me! was never good, not even when they were on Plan-It-X.

JFA is the best skate punk band

The guy's voice from Maps And Atlases isn't cool and unique its annoying as hell.

I've come to the conclusion that people force themselves to like She & Him just because Zooey is part of it. I mean, she's absolutely adorable but her songwriting makes me cringe on the inside.

Just like people giving nods to Scarlett Johansson after she butchered a handful of Tom Waits. Congrats on the resume booster, you still suck at acting.
