I had White Stripes Little Cream Soda before I got a smartphone. Since then I haven't bothered leaving the sound on. The notifications alone would kill me. |

The basic ringtone lol. Many other people leave their ringtone as a default, so for a second or two when I hear it out in public, I think it's mine. I'm on call all the time, so I need my ringtone on.

I don't have an iPhone because I'm a bitter son of a bitch and I refuse, but I was in Doha one March and my manager at the time did have an iPhone. She constantly thought it was hers.
Mind you, it being on silent doesn't help. I have phantom tremors all the time and I think I felt a text come in when my phone is on the charger. I think we're done, as a society. |

There's a type of 48-year-old guy who keeps getting excited about every Beatles reissue/remaster and apparently not much else. IMO those guys really hate music. Which is fine but such a strange ritual to have, buying up all those stupid reissues

But, yeah. Buying every remaster that comes out is a bit excessive. Doesn't mean they hate music though. In my case, it's because of the Beatles that I love music. |

I know someone like that. A bit older and he has wide ranging tastes in music, so he's not fixated on any one group in particular but whenever a reissue/remastered album is released from a group or artist he likes, he has to buy it as soon as possible. It doesn't matter if he already owns a previous release of the album or several previous reissued/remastered releases of the album, he has a strange compulsion to purchase it yet again.
